Kacker & Daughter is the brainchild of Mukesh Kacker, a former career civil servant belonging to the Indian Administrative Service (I.A.S.), who possesses deep insight into the working of the government and the private sector in areas like infrastructure, core economy, economic regulation and  governance.

As the name of the company itself suggests, Isha Kacker, Mukesh’s daughter, is the other Director on the Board of the company. Isha, a Graduate and Masters in Economics from the University of Bristol, U.K., is currently employed with the Institute of Economic Affairs, Westminster, London.
